Being an architect turned entrepreneur, I learned to appreciate the world by understanding the systems and structures behind its beauty. So I asked, what does our plate of food mean to us, to people who grew it and planet it depends on? Clean and responsibly traded food, is a story which is good for whoever eats it, grows it and for the land it came from. As an urban and climate practitioner, I started this business believing that how we grow, source and trade food is one of the most powerful action towards better futures - for the farmers, for people and for our planet.
